  1. 閣下的私隱

Jipi Japa (麗華鞋業貿易有限公司 - 其下品牌包括 Mirabell, Millie's, STACCATO and Joy & Peace)(「本公司」)在收集、儲存、使用及傳送閣下的個人資料時,會尊重閣下在法律上的私隱權。本聲明將解釋本公司的個人資料私隱政策及實務。本公司的政策及實務可不時修改,但如有任何變更,本公司將會書面通知閣下。本聲明的中、英文版本如有任何差異,概以英文版本為準。

閣下在成為Jipi Japa顧客、試用或購買本公司的貨品及/或服務(「貨品及服務」)前,可能須向本公司提供閣下的個人資料(「個人資料」)。閣下提供的資料如不完整或不正確,可能會妨礙本公司向閣下提供或繼續提供貨品或服務。因此,為閣下的利益起見,請向本公司提供準確及最新的個人資料。

閣下的個人資料將獲保密處理,但將會用於本聲明所述的目的,或經閣下同意後用作其他目的,或按法律規定向第三方披露。

「個人資料」包括與個別人士直接或間接有關、並可切實可行地藉此確定該人身份的任何資料(包括姓名、職業、地址、聯絡詳情、身份證或護照號碼、出生日期、電郵地址、電話號碼、信用卡資料、年齡、婚姻狀況、僱主資料及入息)。

 

  1. 收集個人資料

本公司可能在閣下購買本公司產品或申請成為本公司會員時,收集閣下的個人資料。

如閣下未滿18歲,閣下在向本公司披露任何個人資料前,必須取得家長或監護人同意。

本公司索取的部分個人資料屬於「必須」資料,閣下必須向本公司提供,方可獲提供貨品及服務(「必要資料」);而另一些個人資料屬於「非必須」資料,閣下可選擇是否向本公司提供(「非必要資料」)。

閣下必須就以下目的提供必要資料:
a. 申請加入本公司的會員計劃及/或維持會籍;
b. 累積會員積分; 
c. 向閣下發送會員權益及優惠的通知
d. 安排換領會員優惠
e. 向閣下發送本公司貨品及服務的最新資訊;及 
f. 清理資料及更新顧客檔案。 

閣下可就以下目的提供非必要資料: 
a. 向閣下提供產品建議; 
b. 令本公司更了解顧客分布,以作內部研究; 
c. 進行分析,以提供獎賞、服務及產品資料; 
d. 提供更適合個別需要的產品及/或服務;
e. 進行市場研究;
f. 提供售後服務; 
g. 進行顧客滿意度調查; 
h. 發送貴賓通訊及貴賓計劃的最新資訊;及
i. 進行直銷活動,包括但不限於:
    (i) 發送關於推出新產品及其他推廣優惠的通知;
    (ii) 提供營銷獎勵計劃、生日優惠、免費試用、數碼推廣、路演/街站、店鋪推廣的最新資訊;及
    (iii) 通知閣下本公司與商場、百貨公司、信用卡公司、銀行、名人、雜誌、電視台、網站或飛行里程計劃的擁有人及/或營辦商、文化、藝術或音樂團體/組織、慈善或非牟利機構的聯合推廣或活動。

  1. 個人資料的用途及轉移 閣下的個人資料可被用作以下目的:
    1. 提供貨品及服務
    2. 推廣與貨品及服務有關的貨品及/或服務;
    3. 為提供貨品及服務而分析、確認及/或核對閣下的信貸、付款及/或其他狀況;
    4. 處理閣下要求的付款指示、直接付款指示及/或信用卡付款;
    5. 日常管理閣下的會員帳戶,及/或就貨品及服務收取應付款項;及
    6. 閣下的個人資料會轉移至本公司的代理人、承辦商、電訊營運商、信貸顧問、本公司聘用的保安機構、信貸提供者、銀行、金融機構,以及為處理及改善上述服務的提供及/或營運而對本公司負有保密責任的任何其他人士。
 如閣下不想收到任何推廣資料,或不想本公司披露、轉移或使用閣下的個人資料作本聲明所述的用途,請以書面提出閣下的要求,連同閣下的姓名、會員號碼(如適用)及聯絡號碼寄交以下地址:香港新界葵涌葵榮路30-34號The Edge 6樓, Jipi Japa市場部

 

  1. 直銷

本公司收到閣下的同意後,閣下可能不時收到本公司/本公司的聯營公司及/或業務夥伴的直銷電話、電郵及/或郵件。如閣下在任何時間不想本公司使用閣下的個人資料進行上述直銷,可通知本公司閣下擬行使「不收取權利」。請來信香港新界葵涌葵榮路30-34The Edge 6, Jipi Japa市場部,或電郵至mailbox@jipijapa.com。此項安排不另收費。

 

  1. 儲存個人資料

根據本公司政策,本公司會將本公司在業務運作過程中與閣下進行的所有交易的紀錄保存一段合理時間,以供檢視及核對。

 

  1. 查閱個人資料
  • 閣下可填妥及遞交本公司的「查閱會員個人資料」表格或電郵mailbox@jipijapa.com致本公司的客戶服務經理,要求查閱閣下的個人資料。
  • 根據《個人資料(私隱)條例》(《私隱條例》)第19(1) 條的規定,本公司將於收到閣下要求起計40日內回覆閣下。
  • 根據《私隱條例》第28條,本公司可就遵從閣下查閱資料的要求而收取合理費用。假如閣下只是確定閣下的個人資料及/或作出合理更正,本公司可豁免有關收費。

     

    1. 更正個人資料

    閣下有權要求本公司更正或更新閣下向本公司提供的個人資料。為此,閣下須以書面提出要求,連同正確的資料,電郵至mailbox@jipijapa.com本公司的客戶服務經理。根據《私隱條例》第23條,本公司將於收到閣下要求起計40日內更正閣下的個人資料而不另收費。

     

    1. 資料保安

    閣下提供的所有個人資料均會妥善儲存於本公司的客戶服務系統,僅可供獲授權人員存取。

    1. Your Privacy

    Jipi Japa – trade name of Lai Wah Footwear Trading Limited – We respects your legal rights of privacy when collecting, storing, using and transmitting personal data and this PICS explains our personal data privacy policies and practices. Our policies and practices may be revised from time to time but we will inform you in writing in case of any such changes. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of this PICS, the English version shall prevail.

    As a customer of Jipi Japa, you may be required to provide your personal data (“Personal Data”) to us prior to any trial or purchase of our goods and/or services (“Goods & Services”). Incomplete or incorrect data may prevent us from providing or continuously providing the Good & Services to you. Therefore, it is in your interest to provide us with accurate and updated personal data.

    Your personal data will be kept confidential but they will be used in connection with the purposes as stated in this PICS, or for other purposes after obtaining your consent or disclosed to a third party as required by law.

    "Personal data" includes any data relating directly or indirectly to an individual (such as names, occupations, addresses, contact details, ID Card or Passport numbers, date of birth, email address, telephone number, credit card information, age, marital status, information about one’s employer and income) from which it is practicable for the identity of an individual to be ascertained.

     

    1. Collection of Personal Data

    Your personal data may be collected when you make a purchase of our products or apply to join our membership programs.

    If you are under 18, you must obtain the consent from parents or guardians before disclosing any of your personal data to us. Some of the personal data requested by us are “essential” and must be provided to us for the purposes of providing the Goods & Services to you (“Essential Data”) whereas some other personal data are optional which may or may not be provided to us (“Optional Data”).

    Essential Data will be required for:
    a. applying to join and/or maintain your membership under our membership programs;
    b. accumulating bonus points as our member;
    c. sending notification to you about your entitlements and privileges as our member;
    d. arranging redemption of privileges as our member;
    e. sending updated information about our Goods & Services to you; and
    f. conducting data cleansing and customers profile updates.

    Optional Data may be required for:
    a. providing product suggestions to you;
    b. enabling us to better understand the demographics of our customers for internal research
    c. conducting analysis for providing rewards, services and product information
    d. offering better tailored -made products and/or services;
    e. conducting market research;
    f. providing after sale service;
    g. conducting customer satisfaction survey;
    h. sending out VIP newsletters and VIP program updates; and
    i. conducting direct marketing including but not limited to:
        (i)(i) sending notification about new product launch and other promotional offers;
        (i)(ii) providing marketing reward programs, birthday celebration offers, free sampling, digital campaigns, roadshow/outpost, store promotion updates; and
        (i)(iii) communicating joint promotion or events with shopping malls, department stores, credit cards companies, banks, celebrities, owners and/or operators of magazines, television, websites and mileage programs, cultural, art or musical societies/organizations, charities or nonprofit organizations.

     

    1. Use and Transfer of Personal Data

    The purposes for which your personal data may be used are as follows:
    a. provision of Goods & Services;
    b. promotion of the goods and/ or services related to the Goods & Services;
    c. conducting analysis, confirmation and/or verification of your credit, payment and/ or other status for the provision of the Goods & Services;
    d. handling of payment instructions, direct debit payment and/or credit card payment requested by you;
    e. day-to-day management of your membership account and/or collecting any amount payable in respect of the Good & Services; and
    f. your personal data will be transferred to our agents, contractors, telecommunication operators, credit consultants, security organizations engaged by us, credit providers, banks, financial institutions, and any other persons under a duty of confidentiality to us for handling and enhancing the provision and/or operation of the above purposes.

    1. Direct Marketing

    After receiving your consent, you may receive phone calls, emails and/or mails from us/our relevant affiliates and/or business partners for direct marketing purposes from time to time. If at any other point of time you do not wish us to use your personal data in direct marketing as described above, you may exercise your opt-out right by notifying us. No fee will be charged for this arrangement.

     

    1. Storage of Personal Data

    Pursuant to our policy, we will keep a record of all transactions with you in our course of business for a reasonable period of time for review and verification purposes.

     

    1. Access to Personal Data
    • You can fill in our Form CS0913PD (which can be obtained from our shops) or request access to your personal information by writing to our customer service manager at mailbox@jipijapa.com.
    • b. Based on the provisions of section 19 (1) of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (“the Ordinance”), we will give a reply to you within 40 days after receipt of your request.
    • c. Under section 28 of the Ordinance, we may charge a reasonable fee for complying with a data access request. However, if your access request is to ascertain and/or make reasonable corrections to your personal data, we may waive the relevant charges.

       

      1. Correction of Personal Data

      You have the right to require us to correct or update your personal data provided to us. In this connection, you shall send your request in writing to our Customer Services Manager at mailbox@jipijapa.com  and provide us with the correct information. Pursuant to section 23 of the Ordinance, we will correct your personal data within 40 days upon receipt of your request without any charge.

       

      1. Security

      All personal data provided by you will be properly stored in our customer service system and can only be accessed by authorized persons.

       

      1. Enquiries and Complaints

      Please contact our Customer Service Department at 852- 2413 7883 if you have any queries about our personal data privacy policies and/or practice or would like to lodge a complaint.
